1963年生,博士,教授,博士生導師,機械工程一級學科博士點負責人,機械機械設計制造及其自動化專業(yè)責任教授,政協(xié)上海市十一屆和十二屆委員、十三屆常委。民盟華東理工大學委員會副主委、民盟上海市委常委,教育部機械基礎教學指導委員會委員,華東理工大學學報等4家國內期刊的編委,10余家國外期刊的長期審稿人,中國工程機械學會理事,1996年1月畢業(yè)于浙江大學機械學專業(yè),獲得工學博士學位。曾于1999年前往英國LEEDS大學摩擦學實驗室進行為期一年的訪問研究。2001年晉升為教授,2003年被評為博士生導師。

工程摩擦學、轉子動力學、流體潤滑、密封理論及其應用、現代設計方法研究、現代新產品開發(fā)研究。
承擔科研項目
主持或參與國家級及企業(yè)各類項目30余項。
獲獎成果
在國內外重要期刊及會議上發(fā) 表論文300余篇,獲得國內專利40余項, 出版教材3部(主編)。承擔本科生核心課程《機械設計》、《機械設計課程設計》、研究生課程《工程摩擦學》、博士生課程《現代流體潤滑理論》等課程的教學 工作。3次獲得上海市教學成果2等獎,3次獲得華東理工大學教學成果1等獎,2次獲得上海市科技成果3等獎,2003年獲得寶鋼優(yōu)秀教師獎,2004年被評為華東理工大學最具 人格魅力的好老師稱號,2007年被評為上海市高校教學名師, 2013 年被全校研究生投票評選為華東理工大學“良師益友”稱號,2016年獲得上海市教書育人楷模提名獎,2016年獲得國務院特殊津貼。
